Lucy Heartfilia wants to be a full-fledged mage. One day when visiting
Harujion Town, she encounters a young man Natsu , who gets sick easily
by any type of transportation together with his partner Happy, the
talking cat, in search of his foster father a dragon named Igneel. Natsu
is not just any ordinary kid, He's a member of Fairy Tail guild one of
the world's most infamous guild. Not long after they meet,Lucy is
captured by a wizard claiming to be the famous Salamander of Fairy Tail.
Natsu and Happy rescues her and reveals himself to be the the real
Salamander and a Dragon Slayer wizard with abilities of a dragon. Natsu
invites Lucy to join the Fairy Tail guild, which she accepts.
Fairy Tail anime is produced by A-1 Pictures and Satelight and
directed by Shinji Ishihira, and the Fairy Tail anime series first
premiered on the network, TV Tokyo in October 12, 2009
